Raphael Angel Cameo Necklace

This sweet necklace from the Vatican Library Collection has a Silver-tone oval pendant with white-on-sky blue Raphael Angel cameo that is enhanced with 2 simulated light sapphires and a marquee shaped dark simulated sapphire crystal. The Vatican Library Collection Logo is stamped on the back of cameo. Entire piece from top of attachment to bottom of pendant measures approximately 1 1/4".

The inspiration for this darling piece is one of the cherub angels that appear in the "Sistine Madonna" painting by Raphael. The angel is also referred to as "the wonderer".

Pendant hangs from a 18" silver-tone chain with claw closure. Comes gift boxed.
